HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
If the goods supplied are damaged or are not what you ordered, The Beaulieu Candle Company can return, replace or exchange them as long as the Company is notified of the problem within 48 hours after delivery and the products have not been used.
Any damaged items must be kept until the claim has been reported and appropriate action decided. Any parcel that arrives damaged may be received and retained (remember to report within 48 hours) and should be reported to: firstname.lastname@example.org or alternatively the goods can be refused and subsequently returned to us.
If goods are not received within 7 working days from the order/invoice date, please notify the company.
Notification of breakage claims, incorrect orders and goods not received should be made by email to: email@example.com and it should be made clear if replacements or a refund are required.
Once these conditions have been met The Beaulieu Candle Company's obligation will be to issue replacement goods for non-deliveries and damaged goods. Refunds are at the discretion of the Company.
HOW LONG WILL MY RETURN TAKE TO PROCESS?
We work hard to ensure that our returns process is as efficient as possible. We aim to process your returns within 1 week, however Delays may occur during busy periods.
